We recruit new crew every season
When summer kicks off Fred’s crew grows to a team of 20 who travel the country together setting up and taking down tent at events, accommodating guests and ensuring everyone has a good time. It’s a tough, job but someone’s got to do it. Our season runs from the end of April until the middle of September
We often provide training to get people properly qualified and we create opportunities for you to gain some valuable experience working at festivals and events
If you are keen to get out there and march around some festivals and work with a really fun team, then we would love to hear from you. By the way February is the best time to get in touch..
Our team comprises of the following roles
- Tenting
- Driving
- Managing
- Cheffing
- Warehousing – Mid Wales
- Forks driving
- HGV driving
- Admin and logistics

We provide trailer towing training for our core drivers
If you have your own van and can get to events then we are keen to hear from you
Our core crew work full time for at least 4 months. Experienced crew can return and dip in and out as required
We provide meals when working on-site and have a few different accommodation options for housing our crew in the field
