About the role

We are looking for hard working people to work in a team during the build and break. You’ll be setting up and taking down various Bell tents, Yurts, Gers and structures. We work long days with early starts and late finishes but we do also have a lot of fun along the way.

Role & Responsibilities:
• Working closely with a team of people to get the job done
• Set up and take down various structures and equipment
• Loading and unloading equipment
• Maintain and taking care tents and equipment at all times
• Making and changing beds
• Liaising with customers

– Reliable and hardworking
– Excellent team working skills
– Must be physically fit with the ability to carry out physical work
– Enjoy working outdoors come rain and shine
– Good communication skills
– Ability to use initiative to solve problems
– Time management skills
– Willingness to work across the UK and work an irregular work pattern

Desirable skills and qualities
– Previous experience putting up tents and marquees
– Ability to cook for large groups
– Full clean driving license
– Towing experience
– Telehandler license
– Barista skills
