Booking and payment information: 

Rachael will send you an invoice payable by BACS, payment of which secures your booking (full bank details are on the invoices). You can also pay via paypal (good option from abroad to avoid wire fees). Please let us know if you would prefer us to email you a paypal invoice. Or pay over the phone using a card, call Jess on number above. 

Payment of 100% deposit secures your booking. 

Cancellation policy

All bookings are non-refundable. If the event can not go ahead due to government restrictions, we will work with the hosts to arrage a new date that works for both parties. 

Get in touch if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. We can, at our discretion, try to rebook your tent, in which case we may give a refund minus a £50 admin fee. 

Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests take out holiday insurance in the event that they need to cancel in unforeseen circumstances as we are unable to guarantee any refunds except those outlined above.
