Bell tents and Yurts: Payment of 100% deposit secures your booking
Payment methods: Invoices are sent out by email. They are payable by BACS transfer (details on the invoices). You can also pay by card over the phone. All payment details will be on your invoice.
Bookings for Machynlleth Comedy Festival made before 17th March 2024 may be cancelled within 14 days of payment with full no quibble refund. Thereafter, payments are non-refundable.
Bookings for Machynlleth Comedy Festival made after 17th March 2024 are non-refundable.
Get in touch if you are unable to attend due to unforeseen circumstances. We can, at our discretion, try to rebook your tent, in which case we may give a refund minus a £50 admin fee.
Should for any reason, Mach Comedy Fest be cancelled, all bookings will be rolled over to the next year.
We strongly recommend that guests take out holiday insurance in the event that they need to cancel in unforeseen circumstances as we are unable to guarantee any refunds except those outlined above.
