Cancellation policy and deposit system:

All bookings are non-refundable. If the event should not go ahead, due to government restrictions, bookings will be rolled over. Whether or not Hay Festival can go ahead due to restrictions, if our campsite can, we will. . 

Insurance:

We strongly recommend that guests take out holiday insurance in case they have to cancel in unexpected circumstances as we are not able to offer any refunds except those outlined above.
