The frames are hand-made from coppiced ash and sweet chestnut, cleaved and draw-knifed by hand and then steam-bent. The door-frames and wheels are made to a very high quality, involving input from other very well experienced cabinet makers and yurt builders. The walls are sturdy, useful for hanging your bags on, and for leaning against when relaxing.
The covers are made from durable, white, fireproof poly cotton or cotton duck canvas with smart coloured detailing. Some of our yurts have more than one cover depending on what they are required for. Generally, the lighter weight, clean covers are used for summer gigs, and the older, heavier canvas is used for winter applications. i also have alternative wall sections that are useful in muddy situations. Each yurt has a coloured removable 'star' cover, with transparent PVC over the wheel to let the light in. Most yurts have PVC windows in the walls too.
Our smallest yurt is 10ft:
10ft yurts are a perfect cosy private space for a couple. They can also accommodate an extra person or a child. Having lower walls than bigger yurts, ten footers have standing room below the wheel, with beds and seating being just off floor level.
Sleeping-2-3, sitting 5-10, standing 2 
12ft yurts have higher walls and doors than 10ft yurts. They are overall much more spacious. They make a very luxurious space for 2, or can sleep up to 4 comfortably and sit up to 15 if needed. These are perfect for a small group or family or used as a healing space.

Beds (single or double) are futons or similar, with flat wooden frames and come with clean bed linen; sheets and pillows. Cushions, mirror, a bedside table, shelves, lanterns and well chosen surprise treats to keep the wolf from the door come as standard.
Extra furnishings can be arranged depending on your needs… We can offer a luxury wedding service, wood burners, tea-making and music stations to plug your mp3 player into, massage beds, sofas, wooden flooring.
