Booking and payment information:

We will send you an invoice - payable by BACS or card payment over the phone. Please include a contact phone number for the booking.

Bell tent and yurt bookings require 100% payment up front.

Please note that if the festival does not go ahead for whatever reason, then all bookings will be rolled over to 2023 - we do not offer a refund should the festival be cancelled.

Cancellation policy

You have 14 days from date of booking to change your mind for 100% refund - applicable only to bookings made before 7th July 2022.

Bookings made from 7th July 2022 are non-refundable.

If you're unable to attend the event due to unforseen circumstances, we will try to rebook your tent at our discretion minus a £50 admin fee.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that guests take out holiday insurance in the event that they need to cancel in unforeseen circumstances as we are unable to guarantee any refunds except those outlined above.
