Fred's Yurts at Shambala 2020

We are excited to be returning to Shambala for the 8th year running, with our beautiful handmade yurts. Fred's Yurts will be nestled in a quiet corner of Shambala just a short walk from the action. 

Book a yurt and we will have everything set up ready awaiting your arrival, including a warm welcome and a cold glass of bubbly. 

5 sizes of yurt to sleep 2-8 people. Double bed is included - you can order further beds up to max yurt capacity and swap the double for 2 singles if needed.

Once tents are sold out, we keep a waiting list in case of cancellations. Email us at bookings@festivalsundercanvas.co.uk if you would like to be put on this list. 

What's Included?

  • 1 x Double bed - 6" thick memory foam mattress with winter tog bedding, linen, blanket and cushions. 

    If would prefer this to be 2 x single beds,  please drop us an email. 

  • Fairy lights, wall mirrors, tables with with bedside lights
  • Antique Indian wall hanging, welcome  door mat, coir flooring and rug
  • Sturdy handmade yurt with PVC groundsheet, lockable wooden door and combination padlock
  • Option to add wood burners, real bed frames and power packs to create the ultimate home from home 

 

 

Guest Facilities

  • Staffed reception tent with drinks reception: Thursday 12noon - 5pm.

  • Late arrivals fine by prior arrangement.

  • We will be onsite throughout the festival  - contactable via the Fred's Yurts reception mobile. 

  • Check out by 10am Monday

Shambala provides:

  • non-exclusive access to hot showers and compost toilets

  • water point adjacent to the Boutique Camping area

 

 

Please note: Fred's Boutique area requests that all guests adhere to the 'quiet at night' campsite policy after 11pm. This is really important - if you think you are going to be noisy then let us know in advance so we can do our best to accommodate you!
